Woodland Gateway – Shop 6

Woodland Gateway — Shop 6 is a 6,587 square foot ground-up retail shop building constructed as part of the larger Woodland Gateway commercial development in Woodland, California. The project was designed to support a growing retail corridor anchored by national tenants, with a focus on delivering flexible, high-quality shop space supported by robust site and infrastructure improvements.

Construction included the complete vertical development of a single-story wood-frame retail shell along with associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The scope also encompassed comprehensive on-site improvements, including grading, concrete flatwork, paving, and landscaping, as well as off-site work to enhance roadway access, drainage, and utility connectivity, in support of long-term site functionality. Careful coordination was required to align civil work, utility tie-ins, and inspections while maintaining schedule continuity within an active commercial development.

Through phased execution and close collaboration with the owner, design consultants, and local agencies, the project was delivered efficiently and positioned for seamless tenant occupancy. This work reflects strong capability in ground-up retail construction and multi-building shopping center development.
