The Total Wine project in Sacramento involved comprehensive interior and exterior renovations to modernize an existing Swansons Cleaners store and support expanded wine, beer, and spirits retail operations. Located at 2121 Arden Way, Total Wine & More serves as one of the premier beverage retailers in the Sacramento region, offering a vast selection of products, educational tastings, and customer‑focused services.

Interior work included demolition, floor grinding, new concrete work, structural steel, and extensive finish upgrades, including drywall, acoustical ceilings, tile, flooring, painting, and storefront and glass installations. Key tenant improvement elements included installation of custom casework and counters, overhead glass racks, loading dock equipment, restroom partitions, and specialty finishes. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire sprinklers, HVAC, and restroom accessories were updated to meet current building codes and operational requirements. Exterior scope incorporated striping and site adjustments to improve circulation and access. The completed renovation enhances the shopping experience at a high‑traffic Sacramento retail destination known for its wide selection and customer-engagement offerings.
