This 12,900-square-foot ground-up preschool construction project delivered a state-of-the-art private educational facility designed for early childhood learning in Roseville, California. The owner’s vision was to create a safe, engaging environment supported by comprehensive site development and purpose-built interior spaces. Stuart James Construction managed the project from initial sitework and utility infrastructure through vertical construction and final occupancy.

Scope included site preparation, grading, underground utilities, flatwork, parking and pedestrian circulation, and playground installation, followed by complete building construction with structural framing, advanced MEP systems, and specialty interior finishes. Child-safe fixtures, secure access controls, and code-compliant learning environments were integrated throughout. Our team coordinated multiple trades under an aggressive schedule, leveraging phased execution and proactive procurement to maintain momentum and compliance with educational facility requirements.
