Rocklin Station

On-site and off-site construction for a six-acre retail center, including Habit Burger shell building and Les Schwab Tires (separate contract).
Rocklin Station completed commercial building

Project Overview

Rocklin Station is a six-acre, ground-up retail development at Sierra College Boulevard and Interstate 80, delivering a vibrant shopping destination with Habit Burger, Les Schwab Tires (under a separate contract), and multiple national tenants. The project scope included comprehensive onsite and offsite construction, encompassing grading, utility installation, drainage systems, paving, roadway upgrades, and a new signalized intersection to support high-volume access. Construction also included the Habit Burger shell building, along with multiple single-story wood-frame retail shells designed for flexible tenant fit-outs. Through phased scheduling and close coordination with civil engineers, inspectors, and municipal agencies, the project was delivered efficiently, with high-quality retail shells ready for tenant occupancy. This work demonstrates expertise in ground-up retail construction, site and offsite improvements, and multi-tenant shopping center development, providing a premier retail destination that strengthens Rocklin’s commercial landscape and supports long-term community growth.
