The Galleria Nails tenant improvement in Roseville involved a targeted interior renovation within the Westfield Galleria, executed to enhance operational efficiency, code compliance, and the customer experience. The scope included selective demolition, flat-saw cutting, and concrete removal for a new floor sink; concrete patching and pourbacks; and precision installation of metal framing and drywall systems.

Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were comprehensively upgraded, including electrical floor outlets, fire sprinkler, and fire alarm systems, to meet current code requirements. Interior finishes included ceiling framing, tile, flooring, painting, and the installation of storefront glazing, doors, frames, and security systems. Pedicure chairs were carefully coordinated to create a fully functional, aesthetically cohesive salon environment. The project required careful sequencing of trades, compliance with accessibility and safety standards, and coordination with mall operations to maintain uninterrupted business during construction, resulting in a refined, efficient retail space.
