Doctors Express on Bradshaw

The Doctors Express on the Bradshaw project involved comprehensive tenant improvements to an existing lease space to establish a fully functional medical clinic and treatment center serving the Sacramento community. The scope of work included extensive interior demolition and preparation, removal of all existing flooring and ceiling systems, and installation of new partition walls to support clinical layouts and patient circulation. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure were upgraded to support modern medical equipment, new lighting systems, and specialty fixtures. The HVAC system was reused with new distribution to ensure optimal indoor air quality and comfort, and the electrical service was redistributed to meet the demands of medical technology and operational requirements.

Finish upgrades included new flooring, ceilings, paint, and FF&E, coupled with precision door and hardware installations tailored for accessibility and clinical security. Specialized construction for exam rooms, offices, and an X‑ray suite, including lead‑shielded partitions per physicist specifications, was integrated with fire sprinkler, fire alarm, and security systems to meet healthcare code compliance.
