Delta Shores S. Satellite Retail

This civil improvement project prepared a three-acre retail site within Sacramento’s Delta Shores master planned community for a future gas station, convenience store, and additional retail pads. The owner’s goal was to deliver a fully developed site ready for vertical construction while meeting strict city design standards and sustainability requirements in a high-growth corridor adjacent to Interstate 5. Stuart James Construction executed comprehensive site work, including grading, paving, underground utilities such as storm drains, sanitary sewers, domestic water, and joint trench systems, along with site electrical, lighting, masonry screen walls, and bio-retention landscaping. Our team implemented phased sequencing to manage trade complexity and maintain progress while coordinating closely with city inspectors and utility providers to accelerate approvals.
