Davis Langdon

LEED Certified interior tenant improvement project including demolition, new partitions, MEP upgrades, finishes, and fire sprinkler improvements for a modern office space.
Davis Langdon office building construction progress

Project Overview

This LEED Certified project involved a tenant improvement build-out for Davis Langdon within an existing office building in Sacramento. The scope included selective interior demolition and reconfiguration to support updated professional office use. Work consisted of new metal framing and drywall partitions, overhead HVAC and electrical modifications, rough plumbing, and coordinated fire sprinkler adjustments to meet current code requirements.

Interior improvements included new flooring, painting, acoustical ceiling gridwork with new ceiling tiles, and the installation of custom casework. Plumbing and electrical work were completed following system integration and testing. Construction was carefully sequenced within an occupied building environment to minimize disruption while delivering a modernized, functional, and sustainable office space that met LEED standards and ownership objectives. The project concluded with punch list completion and final cleaning, reinforcing best practices in environmentally responsible office renovations.
