This retail site development project delivered complete on-site and off-site improvements across approximately 15 acres in Roseville, California, preparing Campus Oaks Town Center for vertical construction. The owner’s goal was to create a fully developed site with comprehensive civil infrastructure ready to support a premier retail destination. Stuart James Construction managed extensive earthwork, grading, paving, ADA-compliant striping, site concrete, landscaping, and the installation of all wet and dry underground utilities, including storm drains, sanitary sewers, domestic water, fire lines, joint trench, and site electrical. Our team executed off-site frontage work along Blue Oaks Boulevard while coordinating closely with city inspectors, utility providers, and adjacent developments to maintain strict timelines in a high-traffic corridor.
