Project Overview

The Beauty By Thread tenant improvement in Roseville included a comprehensive interior renovation at Westfield Galleria. The project included selective demolition, metal framing, drywall, concrete pourbacks, and mechanical and electrical upgrades. Fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems were updated to meet current code requirements, while doors, frames, and storefront glazing were replaced to modernize the space.

Interior finishes included painting, ceiling framing, flooring, and installation of security systems and FF&E to create a fully functional beauty salon. The project combined structural, mechanical, and electrical upgrades with aesthetic improvements to deliver a refreshed, modern retail environment optimized for both customer experience and operational efficiency.
