Project Overview

The AT&T project in Roseville involved a comprehensive tenant improvement for a retail telecommunications space within the Westfield Galleria. Scope of work included selective demolition, metal framing, drywall, concrete pourbacks, and installation of fire sprinklers to meet code requirements.

Interior improvements included installation of doors, frames, storefront glazing, painting, T-bar ceilings, flooring, and security systems. FF&E was installed to create a fully functional, modern retail environment optimized for customer service and operational efficiency. Electrical systems were updated to accommodate new technology and in-store equipment, ensuring reliable performance for both staff and customers. The completed renovation delivers an updated retail telecommunications environment that enhances customer experience and operational efficiency within a high‑traffic shopping center.
